Beautify, historic hotel in the middle of town. Easy to get everywhere and close to Boston Commons and the T. Room was clean and comfortable, albeit a bit cramped. Bathroom was tiny, view was into an adjacent office building, and bar drinks were mediocre but overall a nice stay and decent price for location.

Outstanding. Definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I've been all over the world. The hotel room was perfect but what shined was the impeccable service. The Boston Harbor Hotel had an amazing staff who were personable, always available and willing to assist in any way. Truly a gem.

It’s a solid 4-star hotel, but it didn’t fully meet 5-star expectations. Some details and overall value could be improved for the price point — at least to reach true 5-star luxury standards.
On arrival, there was no door or luggage assistance, and we ended up handling bags ourselves, which is especially disappointing in cold weather. Shortly after check-in, housekeeping attempted to enter our room and asked about checkout, seemingly unaware we had just arrived. Bathroom amenities were limited and often had to be requested, and the bathtub had no toiletries (everything was only in the shower’s wall-mounted dispensers).

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and inviting yet elegant. It was walking distance to all of the downtown activities that we enjoy and also to the Cliffwalk. We enjoyed everything about our stay! We will definitely visit again!
