We enjoyed the stay and the staff were very friendly. However, due to a flight cancellation we arrived a day after our check-in date. I did send the hotel a message advising them of this and asking if they could do anything about the (all inclusive) cost but received NO response. The day we checked out we were told that we would have to pay for any food and drink consumed after the 11:00 check-out time! We raised the fact that we had not been able to have anything in the first day as we were delayed to which they agreed we could have lunch but no drinks, despite the fact that in theory we could have drink as much as we wanted while we were there. This left us with a bad feeling, and the view that the management don’t actually care about their guests.

It was a wonderful spot for our honeymoon. So many varieties for food options and it was very clean. Staff are very engaging, attentive and served all our needs very promptly. Excellent service.

Staff were very friendly, the hotel facilities were good, reducing one star because the beds were old and hard. The food was good too but the international buffet was closed for all the 4 days I was there and the Thai restaurant was closed too. I would recommend this hotel.
