Perfect staycation site for downtown events! Spent my birthday weekend downtown and it was a perfect spot to rest away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get everywhere. Great amenities! Spacious rooms and bathrooms.

Room and bed were very nice and comfortable. Room was clean. Restaurants were within walking distance as was a market. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly enough.

Great stay! It is residential and a hotel which I didn’t know until I got there, but I hear this is common in Phoenix. The location was perfect, the staff was great, and the room was clean.

It was a perfect location for our girls trip, the staff were wonderful and loved the ability to text the concierge. Our villa was clean and well stocked.
