Ninth Ward Romantic Vacations

Staff were super welcoming and helpful. My room was clean, but slightly dark as there wasn’t an overhead light (loads of lamps provided in the room though). Breakfast was amazing and the discounts to external excursions was super helpful!

This place exceeded my expectations more than I ever thought possible. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, convenient and most of all beautiful. We loved it! We will never, ever stay anywhere else again.

Loved the location, the property, & really happy with all the amenities -- loved our room, very well stocked & staff responsive to requests (robe, more water, etc), breakfast was perfect. Some great entertainment; the pool and roof bar was an amazing find with excellent wait staff & awesome drinks & apps. No issues getting a late checkout. However, we did find a lot of the front desk staff and in particular the bartenders in the lobby bar and restaurant to have an "attitude", borderline begrudging but defnitely not warm and friendly. Still, all in all, it was a great stay, we'd go back again, & we will recommend.

No creamer for the coffee; just two kinds of milk. Toilet wasn’t clean. Room was great. Air conditioning was decent. Bed was super comfortable.

It seemed they were a little short staffed in the bar.

service overall pretty good - did have to wait a long time for a drink at the bar hotel and rooms a little dated the double elevators are annoying location okay

Loved the place. It is very clean and well kept. The decor is very nice. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great. Jeanine was wonderful.
