Perfect location, but for the price, I expected a better customer service.
After a 6.5 hours flight, had to wait at check in line another 2 hours, seriously?
They have 12 elevators. We stayed on 7th floor. Many times waited 5min or more for the elevator.
Oh and don't forget another $107 resort fee +parking fee on top of everything

Everything was perfect! Thank you to the Marbella Team, our stay was excellent. We enjoyed everything Mākaha valley had to offer. Especially the amazing sunsets! 10/10 would recommend

Not as advertised on Expedia (ocean view - side/partial, deluxe room - just no). Quite dated overall, due for refresh of bedding, wall paint, appliances and furniture. Beach equipment is present but too old and mostly broken. AC is very loud but isn’t super effective. Kitchen supplies are very sparse. TV is a challenge to operate. Overall, too pricey compared to other condos in the property.
