What was good: friendly staff, great view of Bangkok, great swimming pool and nice rooms
What could've been better: noise of water pipe running in our room was noisy in the morning
A little something extra that would've been nice: a blanket for the couch as the AC can get cold

Front desk is very responsive and helpful. The housekeeping is good. However, the tea bags, coffee sachet, and coffee mate items are not provided on daily basis, and the shampoo is also not checked and provided until requested. Overall, we are happy, and particularly the excellent response and assistance from the front desk staff. Thanl you.

The bathroom smell so bad and the patio and window are all dirty. You barely see the view since there is a lot of dirt on the window. You can see bird debris on the patio. Somehow my luggages were delayed that I have to call operator about it.
The outlet sockets are 50% working the rest are loose or not even work.
The staff are nice but the room is terrible.
$80+ per night would expect clean room and working socket.
