I booked this hotel for the Boudour 1920s Shanghai experience, in Chinatown in the heat of Bangkok. An unusual experience—yes indeed, however totally worth it. I tend to stay in hotel groups, so this boutique hotel was a risk for me that 100% paid off. The room, amenities, and staff were top-notch. The small things count—high-quality products from their spa in the bathroom, the free boat tour for guests, and finally the little charm bracelet when we checked out were what made this hotel special. I stayed for 4 nights, yet I must admit 2 would have been plenty, as I prefer not to be in the chaos of the city—to be fair though, you could not hear the city life inside the hotel, and the quests were respectful considering we were in the centre. Definitely a place for couples – I doubt children would appreciate the dim lighting and 1920s tapestry feel. For me, it was exactly as I had hoped. A 4-star hotel that is different. Clean, safe (female traveller with teen daughter), designer and conveniently located next to Song Wat. A special shout out to Nice / Rit / Mok for making it a special stay. Thank you

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. We appreciate their helpful, English speaking & polite staff. All the amenities are well maintained. The rooms are very spacious & clean. We really enjoyed their various breakfast options which includes continental, Thai flavors, Indian dishes, & wide options of fruits & drinks. There is an onsite spa you could book right away at an affordable rate to help you get relaxed after a long flight or tiring day around the city. The location is so ideal to all the places we planned on going. It’s 5min walk to BTS, various restaurants, salons, spa, malls around, all within few minutes of walk. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff consistently delivered exceptional hospitality. Everyone was warm, genuinely friendly, incredibly helpful, and attentive to even the smallest details. Their welcoming attitude and willingness to assist made our stay feel effortless and truly enjoyable. We had the pleasure of staying on one of the newly renovated floors, and the experience was beautiful. The refreshed design feels modern, elegant, and thoughtfully considered, with a wonderful ambience that makes the space feel both sophisticated and comfortable. It was especially exciting to experience the newest renovation firsthand, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout. We did miss our regular breakfast area, which has always been one of the highlights of our stays, but we completely understand that it is currently under construction as part of the ongoing improvements. We look forward to seeing the finished result on our next visit. The pool was exceptionally clean and well maintained, making it a lovely place to relax and unwind. Overall, the combination of the beautiful new renovation, consistently attentive service, cleanliness, and genuinely welcoming staff made this another memorable stay. A special thank you to Tanya, Daniel (Butler), and Sandy (Breeze cafe and brunch area) for making us feel so welcomed and well cared for. We truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to our next visit.

Stayed here for 4 nights- two couples in two kitchenette suites. Location is great- close to a lot of shopping and trains. Staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Plumbing was unacceptable- kitchenette faucet barely worked and bath faucet was not useful for much other than brushing teeth. Shower was ok but old step-in tub style. The A/C did not work well when we arrived, however they did get that working on day 2. We would probably not stay there again unless it was all we could afford.
