The aurora building elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs each time. Also, check in for the property in the beginning was difficult since there is no front desk and wanted like me to take a picture of myself prior to check in which could not upload on the Expedia message. Email did not go through whoever agent was asking for it for check in and the lady at the other end of the line barely spoke proper English.Also, the Spa is not “connected” to the resort, it’s its own separate entity even though it’s right there next to the resort. you need to pay extra for and took a rather long time to sign up. However, the pool and hot tub come with the resort and was rather nice

Enjoyed our stay during a very busy time in Canmore. Staff were very friendly and great at providing more linens as requested. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Bathroom was small, but worked for our family. Air conditioner was nice. Very convenient to the main road and walkable to some quick serve places.

Spacious 1 bedroom unit. Traveled with spouse and 1 teen. Sofa bed is ok but matress not the best. Very clean. Sufficient plates/cuttlery/glassware for only 4 people. Had to run dishwasher every day. Great bathroom with separate tub and shower. Laundry facility in bathroom very useful. Would stay there again. Did not try the hot tub.
