The staff is what makes the resort so enjoyable!
Decent food, they do have a lot of fruits and veggies . And lots of options.
The pool is beautiful, but you can see a lot of areas that need fixing or replacing. The rooms are also very dated. Our AC was broken, we couldn’t shut it off and a technician came to “fix it” but he didn’t .
The only way we discovered to shut it off was to disconnect it from the wall. The bedding was also not very comfortable. The blanket was heavy and rough. And they had weird sheets. We did enjoy all the activities, and they also keep the kids engaged and entertained .

It was a great experience. Top rating was the customer service. Top areas of growth, the jacuzzi did not work well and items included such as rose petals and chocolate covered strawberries occurred days after checking in. I requested the breathless bag as I didn’t know that was complementary.

The service and staff is great and the property is very well cared for. The scenery is beautiful and the swim up bar is wonderful. The drinks were great. Some of the entertainment was good such as the live bands and a violinist but some of it was corny. There are lots of different restaurants of varying ethnicities but the food was hit or miss. Because of the multitude of choices, I was able to find something I liked well enough. The breakfast was a buffet and they had omelette stations that were good with fresh ingredients. There are people walking up and down the beach trying to sell you things and have a hard time taking no for an answer so that was a bit annoying. Bring several tubes of sunscreen because you will go through a lot and the gift shop sells tubes for $25! Over all the place was very relaxing and we had a great time!
