The one-bedroom suite is more spacious than the one at the Richards location. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient. The bed is comfortable, and I also really like the open closet, storage room, and bathtub. The suite has a nice view facing Granville, and I love the office desk and dining table as well.

Rooms : very clean and comfortable.
Service : even if the services are all virtual, but support was really quick and very helpful.
Location : super good location. there are so many good restaurants nearby.

We were greeted by very friendly, informative staff. We were given access to our room 2.5 hours early. Towels were very plush. Bathroom toiletries were high quality. The only downside was the availability of the restaurant. They had a problem with the fridges.

Love staying at the Rosewood - very clean, well appointed rooms , great atmosphere and the staff are wonderful!
My only suggestion is that they upgrade the quality of the hairdryers in the room - a top rated hotel should not have the basic hairdryers.
