Best hotel i’ve stayed at, by far. The staff were excellent. They greeted me every time i walked through the doors, every time i ran into them in the halls, etc, very friendly. Any requests/questions i had, they answered them right away. Room was very excellent, great mattress, great room controls (lighting and temperature). The only thing; and this is a very small thing compared the amount of things the hotel did great on, is that it would be nice if the TV in the room was a smart tv, or have access to netflix/youtube or streaming etc. There is an ipad which has this however it would be nice to have it on a bigger screen. Regardless that is a very minor ding. If I find myself in Vancouver again, i will be staying here, that’s for certain.

Everything has exceeded my expectations, especially the staff. Laeh, in particular, is exceptional; she is truly delightful and knowledgeable in assisting us with planning our day trip.

There is definitely no complaint about the location and the cleanliness. But the water flow of the shower head is too weak. The ladder of the bunker bed is made of thin metal bars, therefore it is hard and dangerous to climb up and down. Finally if a bath tub is available, it will be much better. Anyway, it is a nice stay.

Staff was very accommodating! Hot tub could be hotter but was good...pool was lovely. Food is excellent at the adjoining restaurant, Moxie's. Great location. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Rooms are not as upscale as the pictures depict. It is a bit dated. The bed had a big bow in the middle making it difficult to sleep well. Elevators were not functioning well. After a fire alarm evacuation, the elevators stopped working. Great location. Was fairly quiet as we faced the alley. The air conditioning was only in the main area, not the bedroom, so sleeping was a bit warm.

The staff were amazing! The room was definitely everything you see & some. The shower had heated floors which was amazing. The view was nice from our room. They did not have an ice machine on the floor but the front desk ran us some immediately, their customer service was phenomenal. The restaurant was still not open but they did make up for that with free breakfast items and coffee which worked out perfect for our early morning outings to grab and go. The bed felt amazing & definitely felt like a home away from home very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend and stay here again.

Stunning property, in the center of Vancouver. Excellent customer service, delicious food onsite.

The staff is very good good at cleaning the room. Every time i came back my bed was made, towels fresh loved it.

No continental breakfast but they give coupons for the restaurants next door which were great. Great location. Can be a little loud but windows are well built for sound but if you’re a light sleeper like me earplugs are a must. Great rooms, nice lighting lots of windows!
