Great facility, Great location. Great room.... Except they need to upgrade the windows !! They still have single pane windows in such a beautiful hotel. Let's all the street noice in. Only complaint I have. Everything else is very well done.

We had a great stay! The staff was so helpful and friendly and made sure to go the extra mile when we needed some toiletries that we forgot. Our room was so big and loved that we had a separate shower and tub. Comfy beds and pillows with great linens. The kids felt like royalty! Will definitely stay here again! Thanks Loews Staff
