Nice complex , grounds , facilities and area but parts of the external building in particular are dated requiring some renovation.
Arrived on a clear cold winters day a room was cold on arrival. Surprised room was not heated and ready for customers.
Aircon was flashing lights with a filter error and could not clear error and run it to heat the room.
Reported to management and arrived after a couple of hours.
Did resolve and clear the error after an extended time. Seems like a basic check not done by staff prior to arrivals.
Staff seem overworked and stressed.
Suggest more support needed.

"Had a fantastic time . The room was lovely had everything you could possibly need. Lovely view of the river and a lovely surprise of complimentary bubbles and refreshments to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The breakfast was delicious"

"We enjoyed our stay at Cable Beach Club Resort. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to the beach. They do offer a daily transport to the town which is important since the local options are unpredictable. The resort’s restaurants are fine but very pricey."
