My wife and I often visit Montreal for a getaway and Auberge is a great place to stay. It is an easy walk to lots of shopping and dining. The staff is always helpful and the view of the river is beautiful.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Montreal! The staff was magnifique! Very friendly and accommodating to our requests. The room we had was very clean and spacious! That was a wonderful surprise to have so much room. The main bed was very comfortable and the washroom was very big. The pull out bed was not so comfortable. Newer or thicker mattresses would be a definite plus as my kids complained about how uncomfortable it was. The kitchenette is a bonus. Mini fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine was a treat! We will definitely return to this hotel.

Well maintained and charming old hotel. Comfortable bed, views, storage, wet/dry bar. Loved the spa type shower and high end toiletries. But, above anything else, the staff in both the hotel and restaurant (Brassiere 701) deserve special recognition. From top to bottom everyone was extremely well trained, professional, accommodating and most of all friendly (everything done with a smile which should brighten anyone’s day). I would not hesitate to stay here again and am already planning a family trip here. Oh. And I almost forgot, the location is awesome. Very walkable for plenty of sight seeing, shopping and dining (at all levels).
