Beautiful room with an awesome view. High end bathroom with full bath and separate shower. Awesome bed and pillows…so plush. Spacious room on the Executive Floor.

Location is very convenient and facilities are better than I expected. Especially there are water filtering systems available onsite where you can refill your water bottles. Very nice!

For the price this hotel underwhelms in every way. In room phone not working and was unable to order in-room dining at 8pm after a long day of travelling. Had to go to the reception desk and give my order in person. One item was completely forgotten. Bathroom needs updating, spa bath cracked and stained. Shower door wouldn't close properly causing water to spill outside of the shower. Twice when I stood at the reception desk to make an enquiry I was attended to very slowly despite no other guests being present the staff was scrolling on his phone. When I enquired about the possibility of paying for a late check out I was "yeah not gonna happen" as the hotel was fully booked. Not being able to do a late check out didn't bother me but the way I was told it wasn't possible was unprofessional and rude. Would not stay here again.

The bathroom was massive with a bathtub and great body lotions and shampoo. Swimming pool, sauna, and steam room was a bonus. Breakfast buffet was exceptionally clean, high quality and fresh. Service was average but staff can be more friendly.

Lovely views, delicious cheese boards and chai latte; room service great; night manager was a life saver; enjoyed the buffet breakfast, close walk or ride to major areas; I’d stay again

We stayed here for one night and would not want to stay for longer due to the noise from surrounding bars/entertainment which went on until 3am. The room was large with a huge en-suite but needs to be renovated due to deteriorating/broken floor tiles. Could not fault the friendly helpful staff.
