The Hotel was excellent, roof top breakfast was fantastic with view of the pyramids great service also rooftop restaurant. The hotel manager Aladin offered a tour from the hotel we were able to make a deal with him for a 2 day pyramid and city tour. Our Guide Abdul was amazing, very reliable, knowledgeable and respectful of my wife and I needs during our honeymoon from USA / Brazil He knew everything about Egypt and great English to explain everything and took us everywhere we needed. Have a nice day!

I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

Everything was awesome! Renovated rooms, clean, the service was on point, the pyramids views you get from rooms with balcony and from the rooftop are amazing. One thing to say is that Alaa is the best. Ask her anything and she can get it for you. Abdu great guy too. I would definitely stay here again. They can get you transportation anywhere anytime too.
