perfect hotel with the most amazing bed.
2 little things that were not great . The tv was in the middle of the room and we bumped into it many times especially at night when using the bathroom.
we tried to book spa but no one called us back

Everything was amazing BUT the front desk staff. As an avid traveler, from NYC, born and raised. These people at the front desk were rude, unhelpful, short , & the complete opposite of what hospitality is.
