Great location. Spacious rooms. The suite was excellent for having others in. The only negative was that there were some dirty upholstery and frayed carpet.

Just perfect! Staff was so nice. The only thing I change is the coffee in the restaurant. It’s absolutely horrible and they don’t have any other milks or flavors for their lattes other than that it was perfect.!

The room was good, and if you don’t need the hotel for anything except sleeping, then it’s fine. The staff is very nice. So why the low review? The concierge desk. We asked for one item to be sent to our room, we got 4 and then it was stuck on the bill, which we then had to argue. We asked them to make us reservations at the hotel restaurant, which they got wrong twice. We asked them to call us a cab, but they got what we thought was an Uber - it turned out to be a Black Car service totalling $250 for a ride that should have been $50. And - this isn’t the hotel’s fault - but when the black car then charged us, they added an extra zero once they took payment charging $2500, which now we have to dispute that with our credit card company - something that wouldn’t have happened if the concierge had just called us a cab like we asked. In short - rooms are fine. If you need more than sleeping, though, choose elsewhere, because it might wind up costing you.

I was assigned to a real big suite with a separate sitting area and a wonderful king size bed. The drain in both, the shower and the sink were super slow that at one point only one of us took a shower and the other person had to wait for over 45 minutes before the water went down the drain. The casino has a rundown feel but since I was not there to gamble it didn't matter. At a casino bar I ordered a drink that was so watered down that it tasted bad. I will probably stay there again in the future just because I really loved the suite. I will stay away from the bar, though.
