Excelente lugar, la habitación impecable y completa con todo lo necesario y más como batas y pantuflas. Lo reserve para hacer una noche pre-crucero y fue perfecto por la ubicación y la comodidsd, muy limpio y funcional. El personal muy amable y muy dispuesto para ayudar con cualquier necesidad e información. Repetería sin duda!!

Sadly we only got to see this property late at night and really early in the morning on the way to Piraeus Port after a late flight in. But we checked in smoothly and quickly and the room was comfortable and clean. Worth returning to if we have more time next time.

The sweeping views of the river and the most magnificent penthouse stay includes dreamy comforts, warm service, great style and a harmonious elegance. The room was spotless and spectacular with high end touches like a wall bar, coffee station, multiple indoor and outdoor seating, luxurious linens and bath products. They even surprised us with a welcome gift. The staff is trained to provide high end customer service by ensuring you have all you need for your welcome, stay and departure. They are passionate in spirit and truly showcase their commitment to an excellent experience. The stay is located in the most exclusive neighborhood so very safe and accessible yet far from the crowds. We chased the best sunsets and linger for sunrises, perched on the top with views of the river banks and the city. The pool is its own kind of quite magic that makes you feel like you stepped into a private greenhouse with blue waters surrounded by trees, flowering plants, outdoor shower and a lounge area. We truly enjoyed the exquisite dining experience for drinks and breakfast in their bistro that felt like we were in a garden party with the most perfect evenings and mornings. It was divine ! Everything we experienced was a collection of unforgettable moments ! And we simply can’t wait to return.

We had a lovely corner room with lots of windows and space. The staff were very helpful with reserving a taxi for us to the port. Easily walked to the Acropolis, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast room and rooftop bar could use some updating.

I want to start by saying that my overall experience at this hotel was okay. The staff was great and very friendly. We were given Room 603, which was very modern, clean, and nice. The room was small, but that was not a problem for us since we were only staying for two nights. The location was also very convenient, as it was close to the places we were visiting in Athens. The main issue we experienced was that our room did not have any windows. The heater was on, and there was no proper ventilation, which made the room extremely hot. We were sweating a lot and felt very uncomfortable. We went to the front desk three times asking for help. One of the girls at the front desk was clearly frustrated but tried her best to assist us. Unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved right away. we even contacted Expedia, but they were waiting for the hotel manager to call us back, and no immediate solution was offered. Because of this, we decided to leave the hotel. However, just as we were ready to go, a staff member came to our room and explained to us that he needed permission from the manager who wasn't onsite to toggle the hvac controls to allow the room to receive AC,he manually adjusted the heater.we were able to get some sleep, although the temperature was still not completely comfortable. The second night was even hotter, but we managed to sleep despite the discomfort. Overall, the hotel was okay, but the lack of ventilation and the heating issue made our stay less enjoyable

SO THANKFUL we booked our trip to the Pinnacle. This is a GEM of a hotel. Best of both worlds as it doesn’t have many rooms, but has what I think has to be one of the best views from a hotel in the city, while having such a private, personalized experience. Every time we walked in the lobby the staff greeted us warmly and asked us if we needed anything. But the most special part of our trip was having a bottle of wine every night on the rooftop of the hotel. Evi was our server and was the kindest, most hospitable server we may have ever had in our lives. She made us feel so special. We also booked our trip in January so it was a little chilly on the roof, but they brought heaters and blankets! We hope to come back one day!
