The $100pp we paid for Club membership is not worth spending the extra money. We did not have a proper explanation or understanding of what that entitled us while on property. We were also constantly searching for a staff member to assist us. The staff seemed to be primarily be summer students working a summer job. Perhaps proper training and setting expectation with the younger crew is in order. I’m thinking Del prices justify a level of service one would expect to be matching.

Everything was wonderful. Just wish parking was included. Bit of a hassle to find parking under $30 a night.
The complex itself is very nice but the area had a lot of sketchy people around.

It was a delay at the hotel to check in as EXPEDIA booked it but did not follow through and book with the hotel! Would consider not using expedia again

The Grant is a beautiful Hotel with amazing staff. They go out of their way to make you feel special. From the valet desk to the room service and every area in between. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and will be back again. I absolutely love it!
