We stayed at the cottages which were clean and welcoming. The only thing to keep in mind is that the common area IS common, so if you don’t want to socialize, it might not be the space for you. We had a party with us that all knew each other (and we were the only room who didn’t) and they hung out there all night talking. Not a fault of the property, but maybe stay in the main inn if you’re looking for a little more privacy.

Room was clean. A couple of holes in the light blocking shade. Bath tub didn't drain well and filled up during shower. Shower faucet was loose and leaking.
Interaction with staff was limited but my experience was positive. Staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.
