We lost a diamond earing and they were draging us from person , with no help. The house keeper was not even questioned and not called to chekk what did she clean or was it taken or dropped and sucked in the vacuum. Two days of hassle and no help

There a lot of noise in the hallway.

Property itself was good, nice rooms, good location. However total stay was ruined upon checkout when the hotel attempted to scam us out of a lot of money saying their smoke detection systems had detected we had been smoking in our room so we needed to pay an additional charge. I explained we are not smokers, never have been so this could not have been possible, this made no difference at all to the receptionist who said the system had flagged smoking and was accurate, essentially saying we were liars. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were not available without even trying for us. It really was a case that system said it was the case so you need to pay. It totally ruined our stay, when we returned for our bags I was told it had been resolved but I haven’t yet had chance to check my account, even if the charge is dropped it has ruined the place for us. I really would expect more from a reputable global brand, this really felt like a scam and they didn’t care at all about their customers.

There were 16 of us in our group. I was unhappy with the hotel reception staff; the receptionist who attended to us wasn't very polite and didn't smile once while we were waiting to check in. After a long journey, we arrived hoping for a relaxing stay, yet we didn't receive the kind of welcome my friend had described. It will likely be a long time before we return.
