i don't recall receiving advance notice that the elevators would be out and there would be only one (service) elevator for a 7-story, half-block hotel. that, and hotel room did not look like photos on expedia, and felt more like a fancy hilton than a fancy / luxury / boutique hotel. not sure i'd stay again.

Clean rooms, halls, staircase everything was clean. Good price and close to the freeway. I would stay again if in the area and would highly recommend to others.
