Ko Ngai Pet-friendly Vacations

Location was great, the grounds were beautiful, the staff was very attentive and caring. The only issue was the food. Not many western options for breakfast. The cost of the dining room was excessive for what you got.

Rooms were great, staff really helpful and friendly. The food from the restaurant in the evening was fantastic and great variety of dishes.

Nice, large room that was relatively clean. They have a one pool/beach towel per guest per day policy which seems reasonable except you have to wait until the next day when your room is cleaned to exchange your towel. We had to ask multiple times to get fresh beach/pool towels. Breakfast choices were limited and items were often empty. Railay beach is busy with a constant flow of longtail boats parking along the shore to load and unload passengers. They also park in the swimming area (aka no boats should be allowed) in front of the hotel, making swimming and beach playing dangerous. The hotel should enforce the policy of no boats in its swimming area. On the positive, staff is extremely friendly. We found the bellman and the front desk to be very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Walking distance to all shopping and restaurants. Walk to the beach.

We stayed here for a few nights as our base to explore phi phi island and hong island etc. Our room was very clean as was the entire property which is super beautiful. Food was average at best. The breakfast was a 2/5 and did not meet standards compared to every other 5 star resort we’ve stayed at in Thailand. Service was slow. A few things to make note of. It bothered us when we requested an extra couple pods for the coffee machine and we were told we would get charged 80 baht for them even though the pods were free. We stayed in the premium ocean view rooms and I would advise against unless you are Muslim. The call to prayer which we had no idea about woke us up at 5 o’clock in the morning every morning. It was so loud that we thought the speakers were on the property below our balcony. Definitely bring earplugs if you are staying in building seven. This happens multiple times a day, but being woken up abruptly at five in the morning was not pleasant. Ear plugs should be provided. We understand this is their religion and have zero issues with this but an FYI would be nice. Don’t splurge on the nicer view rooms if this bothers you. The beach club across the street had a fun vibe. We enjoyed dinner there and it was great !

Very welcoming on arrival with easy check in and out. Staff were always very friendly and happy to help with any questions or advice. Facilities were great and well maintained. Hotel clearly has a focus on being eco friendly. Shuttle to the beach meant the resort was away from the noise of Ao Nang Beach but easy to get to.

Beautiful hotel a little inconvenient to get to the beach you will need to have the Bolt app downloaded but otherwise it was amazing!

The room didn't have a microwave which I felt was odd and inconvenient. There was no way to reheat my leftovers. A microwave doesn't cost much and would go a long way as an added feature.

We had a lovey stay at the hotel, it just needed updating. The breakfast was brilliant and the location was fantastic, perfect side to watch a sunrise and very short walk to watch it set on the West side. Rooms were the small problem, it just needs investment as all a little dated. Staff were incredibly helpful and lovely.

Rooms was to our expectation, however the swamp pool by pirate ship poorly maintained which attracted a lot of mosquitos,. A/C was noisy.
