Stair stops lights were never installed. It’s was dark and I fell to a hard wood floor bruising my side quite severely. Staff send me two apples and a banana. I spent an entire day in my room because of pain yet hotel reluctantly waive one half of my last night only after arguing with them. Will never return

It was great overall, the only caveat (and this seems to be common in Chile) - was the parking. Was underground, on the -4 floor down a VERY steep spiral. An AWD SUV barely made it up, screeching wheels at max steering angle to make it up that spiral. 2WD vehicles without a diff lock would hang a wheel and not make it out of that basement. Takes ~20 minutes to get in and out of that basement garage. AVOID if you like taking day trips in your car. We didn't touch our rental car after parking on day-1 and getting it out on day-3. Otherwise it would've been a major hassle.

The room is really beautiful with a balcony, and the bed was so comfortable. Staffs are very helpful and offer lots of help despite my language barrier. The amenities are fantastic, we loved the indoor pool and the jacuzzi. They also have laundry facilities that you can pay a few dollars to use, which are great for long stays. The hotel is located close to one of the nicest mall in Santiago, so shopping is very convenient. The hotel has elevators, so I’m not quite sure why the listing mentioned “no elevator”. They have a facial recognition system which allows easy access when your hands are full abd busy. A little bit inconvenient with pickup and drop-off from taxi/Uber as the hotel is right off the highway, but as long as you find the paths in the front lawn, you’ll be fine. We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a modern hotel with large room, great for us as a couple!
