Puedo decir que el personal del hotel es muy amable y colaboradores en mi experiencia, mi habiatacion tenía mucho polvo parace que no estaba acondicionada para ser entregada y me tocó el sexto piso en la mañana las palomas que están en el techo de madera no me dejaron dormir, a los dormilones no dejen que le den el 6to piso.

Unfortunately, our experience at Finest Punta Cana did not meet our expectations. The biggest concern was cleanliness. For a resort at this level and price point, we expected much higher standards throughout the property.
The staff were also not very helpful when we needed assistance. Responses were often slow, and we did not feel that our concerns were handled with the level of attention or professionalism expected from a luxury resort.
We came here expecting a relaxing, high-quality vacation, but the poor cleanliness and lack of helpful service made the experience disappointing. Management should seriously focus on improving housekeeping standards and staff training.
