This hotel is in the middle of the French quarter, we could walk everywhere. I’m happy I didn’t rent a car. My room had an indoor balcony to the pool on the 3rd, PERFECT! If you want a quiet night, take the room with inside balcony instead of street view balcony.. I was with my daughter and we felt safe. From the doormen, bellmen to the front desk, they were awesome and catered to our every need. To top it off, we were celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday and Miquel (the housekeeping manager) and his team decorated beautifully for us.( I wish I could upload pics). It was our first time in NOLA and I’m happy it was at this hotel.

Everything was fine at the hotel. Parking felt safe. It is pet friendly. That is nice. My only issue was the mustiness of the room. Smelled like water had leaked at some point.
