"When I arrived at the hotel the desk person was very dismissive. There was no one at the desk (I watched the days I was there - it wasn't manned). She never mad eye contact or acknowledge me. My bed wasn't made. They made excuses but replaced the used towels. Towels are pre folded so they just grab ..."
