Northern Plains Pet-friendly Vacations

Very disappointing stay. This hotel charges five star prices but delivers a three star experience at best. The property is old and poorly maintained, and the staff were consistently rude and dismissive whenever we needed help. Our room key stopped working two days in a row, and the front desk acted as if it was no big deal. At checkout, another guest had the exact same issue, and the staff simply laughed it off. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The cold cuts appeared spoiled, there were bugs around the food, and the overall smell was unpleasant. At the pool, there were never any towels available. We waited 45 minutes for clean ones. We also tried to move a lounge chair, and it literally fell apart because the wheels were no longer properly attached. To top it all off, we were charged for a minibar soft drink that we never took. By that point, I was so fed up that I didn’t even argue. I just wanted to leave. I’m a very laid back traveler, and this is the first negative hotel review I’ve ever written. I normally overlook small inconveniences, but for the price this hotel charges, the experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend Royal Corin to anyone expecting a true five star luxury hotel.
