Good hotel in an excellent location. Our room was fairly large by European standards, with a very small bathroom. The breakfast was average. That said we don’t find European breakfasts are good anywhere, this place was no exception but the coffee was good and there were a lot of typical options. It was still nice to have. The staff was all lovely. Very nice and accommodating. The location was fantastic. It is almost on the Ponte Vecchio. It is so convenient for exploring Florence. Right in the middle of the action. We did take a cab to the hotel but you could walk from the train station is you were travelling light. Otherwise take a cab. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Gorgeous hotel, incredible location right next to one of the sights (not busy though so it's quiet), nice and helpful staff, rooftop bar and pool with amazing views of the duomo and other sights, overall a great experience.
