My stay at Sandman Hotel in Dallas was truly wonderful.
For travelers, great service, genuine hospitality, and cleanliness are what matter most—and this hotel delivered all three. During our two-night stay for the World Cup, my family and I faced language barriers and even a credit card issue, but the staff helped us with incredible patience and kindness.
The room was spotless, and even the housekeeping staff greeted us with smiles every day. This was my first visit to Texas, and thanks to this hotel, I fell in love with Dallas.

The staff at the coffee shop on the first floor were very friendly.
I used the meeting room on the basement level (B1), the air conditioning was a little too strong, making the room quite cold.
