When we arrived in our room my wife saw a set of contact lenses on the bedside table, open packet of mentors
Paint peeling on window seals, rust marks in grout in bathroom ,spar didn't work, Then we had dinner at the Irish bar due to main restaurant closed
I had the chicken parmi - the chicken was half the size of the coating and it was hard like rubber, my wife had the barramundi that was mushy
Staff seamed to have a no care factor, waiter said I'll inform the chef
WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
That night out was out 19th wedding Anniversary

Hotel was very clean, friendly staff, good location. Only one small concern would be, we had a corner room in the heritage side and it was noisy early in the morning from traffic. Would stay again just on a different side .

Apartment was nearly new but only 2 towels for 7 days for 2 people which is not enough and we had problem in the heating system which is never got solved. Otherwise was very comfortable
