Lakes Region Pet-friendly Vacations

Front desk was great at accommodating us as we arrived earlier than expected. We checked in early and got settled in . We left to visit family for a few hours and arrived back at 9 pm . We were able to check on our flight and print out boarding passes in the office. The restaurant was open till 11:30 so we grabbed a bite to eat. Convenient so we didn't have to leave the building for food . King sized bed was comfortable and slept well! Breakfast was ordered off the Menu and staff were very efficient and friendly. There were only 3 servers but they stayed on their game and Made sure we were taken care of ! I would stay again !

Good location, staff were incredibly helpful, the room was lovely too. This is my second time stopping at the hotel, and if I return to Boston in the future, this will be the first I look to book.

Nice apartment, clean and comfortable but had one major problem. Since we took public transportation from the airport to the hotel, we were on foot and as is typical for Boston streets, they are laid out like spaghetti, no rhyme or reason to their layout, and poor or lacking in signage completely. Long story short we got totally lost and tried calling for directions via the number for the "available front desk 24/7". The only number we were given. Turns out front desk does not have a phone number what you get is a central call center that has no knowledge whatsoever of the property nor can give you relative or pertinent information of the property at all. No signage on the building, but once we finally figured out where it was by address (after walking by it 3 times) there's no way to get in. No instructions how to gain access finally we pounded on the lobby door until someone came to let us in. So, it was a rough start, but once getting checked in the front desk person was kind and nice.
