Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

: I initially booked a two-bedroom ocean-view suite, but upon check-in was informed that due to a maintenance issue, that room was not available. I was instead given a one-bedroom city-view suite with a sofa bed. The staff waived the $38.50 property fee and provided a complimentary bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, which I appreciated. However, when we arrived at the room on the 45th floor, the toilet was not functioning. We had to return to the front desk and wait for maintenance. The property is beautiful and the location is excellent, but the experience was disappointing as we did not receive the accommodations we reserved and paid for, and I don’t feel the refund fully reflected the difference. The multiple inconveniences unfortunately detracted from what should have been a relaxing stay
