Booked the Royal Sonesta because it was recommended as extremely dog friendly. It was fine, nothing special, no special accommodations for pets like the Hay Adams or other pet friendly places to stay.
The restaurant didnt offer basics like grilled chicken or hard boiled eggs etc. So I walked elsewhere for breakfast & lunch. Its a dead area, nothing to do. We walked into Chinatown one day which was fine but otherwise I drove everywhere. The in & out parking was way more money than listed. I think I paid close to $400 just for the valet. The gentlemen at the valet stand were excellent, very friendly, very accommodating. The room I booked was spacious, clean, nice linens. It was fine for a short stay
