Great staff and clean hotel

Our stay was absolutely awesome! Every little detail was perfect. As someone who works in the hospitality industry overseas and has traveled the world—staying at top-tier hotels across the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia—I can honestly say this property is exceptional. ​I am almost speechless at the level of service. I had the pleasure of thanking many of them in person, but I want to reiterate: every single staff member, from the Executive Chef and the server/room service team to the gardeners and floor staff, defines what true hospitality looks like. I have never seen such a genuine combination of hard work and authentic care. I would gladly fly thousands of miles just to experience this place again. It was a beautiful moment I’ll never forget. Five stars! ☆☆☆☆☆"

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind—always attentive, yet never intrusive. Staff very friendly and great location facility

Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…
