Paroisse Le Val d'Orain Pet-friendly Vacations

This is a very charming hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The Massena train stop was a short walk from the hotel, making it convenient to hop on the metro to get to Old Lyon in 10-15 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby. We would stay here again.

The staff was lovely and responsive. There were issues with room cleanliness when I arrived (personal items from a previous guest in the bedding). The elevator was under repair for the first couple of days of my trip. The location is very central and the breakfast and refreshments available in the lobby were appreciated. I enjoyed my stay much more once the room was cleaned properly and the elevator was functional. Note: Soundproofing is minimal and noise from other guests and staff can be disruptive.

This is a well located hotel with easy access to great shops and the beautiful old town. All staff were friendly and helpful and in particular the breakfast staff were so positive and helpful as they served the most delicious breakfast.

Nice place but a little out of the way from most things. although city transport is close.

Clean room , very good breakfast, outstanding staff … except for the front desk.Front desk is quite aloof and could not care less.

Great full-service hotel in an outstanding location. Every staff person showed complete dedication to making my stay pleasant. Morning breakfast with view of the river was memorable. Facilities are not particularly new, but everything in the room was spotless and worked perfectly.

Definitely more of a 4 star. Sewage smell in lobby. Skeleton staff. But the worst part is that the bed and pillows were as hard as a rock. Staff was nice and accommodating, but I did check out after one night.
