I am not dissatisfied with the hotel service but describing the hotel as ‘wonderful’ is completely wrong. It is a 4 star hotel, rooms were 4 star level, morning breakfast was average and the location of the was also average.

slightly dated facilities and food was sub par. going anywhere out of the resort requires a 30 minute drive on average. overall decent for a short stay but nothing too fancy. montigo resort was next door (about 10 min drive) which was good so we could visit their beach club and other facilities easily.

Good location, beautiful rooms and great staff. We used the pool and Tapas Bar, both excellent. Staff booked us a very early taxi to the airport which arrived early and was also great.
