"well, let's see.... we were 5 people and had to wait for 2h to get a breakfast. no, they were not full. guests let theirs and other local dogs use the pool for "anything" and nobody at the hotel cares. no, the pool was not clean. at 7pm all employees left and there was no service, let alone a phone ..."

"The Cleanliness's, Staff, Amenities, Restaurants and my Bay View Villa of the hotel was so amazing we didn't want to leave. I took a chance and went for my 25th wedding anniversary and everything exceeded the photos. I highly recommend."
