The breakfast was excellent and very pleasing staff. At the reception Laura was a delight with genuine customer service skills.
Our room was clean and enough space for a couple and the view to the Retiro Park was incredible!
The air conditioning was not an option because it couldn’t be turned on so left the balcony door slightly open for comfort.

good hotel with a easy access. the price is very reasonable. the only problem we had was with the A.C. system. we put the heater at night and was very noisy. other that that was a good choice for the price.
