Los Angeles Pet-friendly Vacations

We arrived about an hour after the beginning of check-in time and had to wait for our room to become available. We decided to have a drink in the bar while waiting. Bartender was very nice but my mother’s martini was watery and the only selection of Chardonnay was Daou which wasn’t even on the menu but fine. The room we were given was an accessibility room (not what I booked) which was clean but small. The main issue is that the bathroom vanity was too tiny for two women’s things or to share. There is also no coffeemaker in room (but they did bring a kettle when asked) and no sugar/creamer tea or coffee to make. For breakfast they have muffins and a couple of other pastries and coffee to purchase at the bar. For someone who is Gluten intolerant it wasn’t an option. Overall, for the price, and given they have limited food options, I’d expect the ability to at least make a hot drink in the room. They also don’t have checkout via the TV that I could find so we had to wait a while before we could check out. For a single night it was OK but I won’t be returning. Lastly I was supposed to get a 25$ VIP but I wasn’t reminded at check-in (guess my bad for not thinking about it at the time).

Great location directly across the street from the Crypto.com Arena. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. Be prepared to pay about $60 for parking, but overall I would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t venture out in the hotel much outside of our room and the lobby so I don’t have much feedback of the overall appearance of the hotel, but our room was clean and it was nice. The staff at the front desk was polite and the couple of times I had to speak with someone over the phone, they were accommodating and polite as well. The only drawback for me personally about the room was while the bathroom was clean and spacious I would suggest a towel rack being put in the rooms. Especially when you know that there’s more than one person in the room. There was only one hook for a towel to be hung so it made it a little challenging for that. Also an extra couple of hooks inside of the shower for people who use more than one towel to bathe would be helpful. Also, the sink in our room had a slow drain so almost 5 seconds into turning on the water, the sink would fill up. Lastly, I would suggest a shower liner in addition to the shower curtain just to avoid the cloth being inside of the shower and to help prevent water getting on the floor. Other than that, everything was nice. They have a shuttle that runs about every 15 minutes or so to and from the Universal Studios theme park which was great. I know it’s a far reach, but it would be nice if they had an airport shuttle as well.

I did not use Breakfast Menu, nor did I explore area around. Vey close to Airport, but not noisy. Shuttle pickup at air port excellent

Everyone was very helpful. We had an issue with the heat in our room and they gave us extra blankets and came up and fixed the problem.
