Hotel room-better than many nearby.
Facilities-enjoyable, but not top
Staff-feels like they are very tired, also for a very big hotel, they don't provide room service. So you have to do everything.
Overall they do have the best rooms in this area.

Excellent location - close to beautiful white sand beaches, close to shopping & dining. Nice BF.
Waterfalls at the resort can be noisy at night if you enjoy sleeping with your balcony door open, and have a resort/pool/part sea view room.

Very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots & pans. Even had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards and a wagon to haul. Whole family (including 2 teens) loved. Would stay here again!

We love everything about this place -- the location, our balcony that gives us front row seats to crazy waves crashing into the lava-rock shoreline, the proximity to good restaurants, the helpful staff, and the spectacular sunsets! We would love to come back soon!
