I had the most incredible stay at **Topaz Pyramids Inn**, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is perfect, with a stunning view of the **Pyramids of Giza** just a short distance away – waking up to that sight every morning was truly magical! The inn itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a serene atmosphere that allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my time in Cairo. Ibrahim was incredibly accommodating, providing helpful tips on local attractions, arranging transportation, and making sure I had everything I needed. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my stay was perfect made all the difference. It’s rare to find such a welcoming host who genuinely goes above and beyond for his guests. Good customer service, But the traffic noise doesn't let you sleep peacefully.

I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation.

The room was really nice but quite small. The bathroom was tiny, couldnt reach the pegs/towels at the top. It states daily house keeping but our room was not cleaned once, we had to ask for bottles of water, fresh towels and toilet paper which they did give straight away. The older man called Khaled in the restaurant was really nice and welcoming and looked after us. The tall receptionist was very friendly and gave us good suggestions. Another member of staff called Moustafa was very unwelcoming after we did not book any tours with him. He did not even speak to us after this and was quite rude- this was quite off putting staying in the hotel.

We had a really comfortable stay at Flower Pyramids Inn. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop terrace was really nice. The breakfast included a nice variety of traditional options. The room itself that we stayed in was spacious and clean. Highly recommend if you are staying in Giza!
