Tokyo (TYO) to Las Vegas (LAS)
8.2/10 Very Good! (7,190 reviews)
Our stay was less than special. Pool was closed, gym was closed, arcade was closed, nothing for the kids to do. The rooms were not clean I even had to report and ask for a deep clean and after the “deep clean” it didn’t look any better. Linen was dirty and bathroom had caked on hair and residue on sink handles. The shower water got cold very fast. Carpets weren’t vacuumed so we wore our shoes in the room.

Los Angeles (LAX) to Las Vegas (LAS)
8/10 Very Good! (3,366 reviews)
The suite was simple but covered all of the basics. However there were some issues with cleanliness and some missing basic amenities. There was no handsoap in the kitchen so we took it from one of the bathrooms. There was hair and dust bunnies all over the floor in the bathrooms and the carpet of the bedroom. Also, when you drain the tub, the shower in the same bathroom immediately backed up and deposited a bunch of black scum on the tile.
