The Lotte New York Palace is a beautiful hotel, and overall we really enjoyed the property. However, the beds were surprisingly squeaky and uncomfortable. Considering the price and caliber of the hotel, I expected a much higher-quality mattress and a more comfortable night’s sleep. Upgrading the mattresses would make a significant difference in the overall guest experience.

The check-in process was very quick and easy, which was a bonus because we were pressed for time. We were about 2 hours early for check in, but were allowed to access our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Room smelled of stale cigarette and smelled like a stuffy room. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair on the floor. The ac stopped working in the night so it became warm while we were sleeping.

My recent stay at Citizen M in LA was fantastic. It has been my best experience with a hotel yet. Everything was superb to the staff, building and rooms. Very modern and cozy, perfect for one or two people.
The only thing I would recommended is a bin shoot in the corridor as the bin inside the hotel room is extremely small.
I loved my stay here. Highly recommend.
