A hotel that actually fits its five star rating. Excellent quality accommodation, rooms and common areas. Can select from a wide range of breakfast buffet options. Most noticeable was the excellent customer service, prompt responses to requests and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely look to stay again.

Gorgeous hotel and delicious food. Amazing service. Noise is a concern between the busy highways surrounding the property and five mosques on the other end. Bring ear protection.

I really enjoyed my stay at AYANA Midplaza JAKARTA. Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth, and the service felt top notch the whole way through. The highlight for me was definitely the gym—it was surprisingly comprehensive for a hotel, with plenty of equipment to keep up my usual routine. Rooms were comfortable, the hotel was well-kept, and overall it felt like a great mix of comfort and quality. Would absolutely stay again!

Great stay at Fraser Place Setiabudi. Spacious, clean rooms and a fantastic location near many restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of minor issues: housekeeping missed our room twice (fixed after we called), and a car blocked our taxi in the parking lot for 10–15 minutes. Overall, still a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back!

Great staff, easy check in. We only stayed one night as it was an emergency stop over. The room was more than large! 2 bedrooms, sitting area, with TV, good sized kitchen and very comfortable. You could easily stay here many nights and enjoy your stay. Pleasant, friendly staff.

Central location but front entrance is not available at night. There is MRT station nearby. Apartment is clean and modern. Breakfast variety is ample.

Room was very spacious. Staff were exceptionally helpful and so polite. Location is great too - access to Pacific Mall through the lobby. Club lounge very useful too

Love, Love, Love! Friendly Staff and Courteous, Variety of breakfast menu, My Favorite Juice bar. Feel Safe. Didn’t get a chance to visit Spa but the pool clean and lovely. My Husband and I will be back to stay at the Ritz again.
