Noisy and smoky. The room was pretty hot. The air conditioner was not working. Didn't get repaired in two days after letting them know.

The room was dark but clean. We had an issue with the toilet door and we were there for 2 nights. They could not get someone sooner. Location is good. Restaurant staff and food was good too, specially the Moroccon Harira soup.

At check in we did not like the room but accepted it since it was just a short stay. I came down looking for a cash machine so we could have cash for tips. I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment about the room. She apologized and quickly turned things around giving us a better room and explained it was due to the category room we booked. Very polite lady and understands guest satisfaction. I will come back again.

This hotel is very nice, huge, and extremely aesthetically pleasing. The rooms themselves are beautiful and well designed, making for a great first impression once you arrive. That said, the arrival and check-in process was frustrating. First, we had difficulty finding the hotel because it had moved locations, and the GPS directed us to the old address. This made the arrival stressful. Once we finally got there, check-in took quite a long time—we waited about 30 minutes before everything was completed. When we got to the room, it was lovely, but unfortunately one of the beds was broken. The staff offered to move us to another room, but the alternative bedroom was too small for our group. We asked instead for a replacement bed to be brought to the room. This process took far longer than expected. Despite calling the front desk multiple times and being told someone was on the way, no one arrived. I eventually had to go downstairs myself to follow up. In total, we waited about an hour for the bed to be brought up. Since this happened late at night, it was especially frustrating, as we were exhausted and ready to sleep but couldn’t until the issue was resolved. On a more positive note, the restaurant was excellent. The restaurant staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the food was so good that we ended up eating there twice. Clean, spacious room with everything we needed for our family. Good location and the staff made us feel very safe and comfortable. Restaurant on-site was delicious and available all day (with breakfast included). Spa was fantastic! Massage was ok, but Himam sauna was incredible! The front desk was pleasant and helped translate/problem solve when we had travel changes. Would highly recommend!
