The hotel room is spacious and clean, but the location is very bad and far from everything. The service is very weak, and the bed is uncomfortable. The food is tasty, but the coffee at the reception is terrible. The staff are polite, but it was the first hotel that asked us for a deposit in a very annoying way, which was uncomfortable for me. I even wanted to cancel the room if I could. The hotel is also noisy because of the traffic and the football field nearby. The hotel’s offers are not worth it

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping centers. However, the staff were not polite, which made the stay less pleasant.

We have stayed at this lovely hotel few times. We are always treated loyally specially from the manager Ms Lale & front desk reception Mr Nazir & all other staffs. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

As usual it feels like home. Great staff, great service, the best welcoming and warm experience.

Lovely room cleaned daily good gym and spa which I used often very helpful staff. The only downside was the Atrax restaurant, I had a meal with my wife my order was wrong which was changed my wife ordered the steak which inedible so tough and the vegetables and potatoes were cold on returning the dish it came back with the same vegetables that were sent back , still cold the steak was better but not great. The staff didn’t even enquire if the meal was now to our satisfaction and stated after they were busy , the most expensive meal of our short stay but definitely the worst. Shame as we had cocktails there the previous few nights when it wasn’t busy and the staff were great.

Well-furnished room is equipped with high-quality furniture, equipment, and supplies. Staff responsible and helpful.

Great customer service!! All the staff members were great and the hotel was amazing from the room to the roof top! Walking distance to grand bazar, blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, and many restaurants!!

The hotel is in a great location to walk to restaurants, shops, the water front, and historocal sites. The breakfast buffet is good, but not great. The building is older, but well maintained. It has a rooftop bar with a great view of the waterfront.
