The hotel room is spacious and clean, but the location is very bad and far from everything. The service is very weak, and the bed is uncomfortable. The food is tasty, but the coffee at the reception is terrible. The staff are polite, but it was the first hotel that asked us for a deposit in a very annoying way, which was uncomfortable for me. I even wanted to cancel the room if I could. The hotel is also noisy because of the traffic and the football field nearby. The hotel’s offers are not worth it

Everything clean and first-rate, top of the line services, everyone's competent, helpful,and gracious throughout our stay. From smaller gestures, like a complimentary refreshing drink on arrival and an unexpected souvenir gift after a simpler seamless checkout. Competent and useful concierge and front desk staff always warmly greeted us, and transportation was always readied and at the door. Housekeeping kept our rooms clean and well stocked. Breakfast was not as elaborate as the Ritz-Carlton or other 5-star hotels provide, but still most satisfying and the white tablecloth and professional wait staff superior. Will absolutely stay here again when in Istanbul, as the superior experience is accentuated by its ready proximity to everything. Again, a thoroughly superior experience!

As usual it feels like home. Great staff, great service, the best welcoming and warm experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was a good sized suite and after our long flight I appreciated the cozy bath robe. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is a magnificent building and rooms are charming but a little tired. The hotel is well located for easy access to the major tourist sites and the ferry terminals. Most of the front desk staff were helpful but they need to smile more. I would stay at this hotel again.

There wasn't any one thing ,it was a great experience once again. My second time this year to stay,and I'll be back at my next trip to Istanbul. Beautiful place,overlooking the Bosphorus.The staff goes out of their way to make sure that your stay is unforgettable. Thanks to eve at Swissotel The Bosphorus.
