We had a wonderful experience during our stay. From the concierge to wait staff and housekeeping, everyone was friendly and very attentive. Our room was pristine and refreshed/restocked daily. We stayed in a large balcony king overlooking the river. So relaxing having a cup of coffee in the morning and glass of wine at night listening to the river! We also attending a bridal shower in the conservatory and the set-up was beautiful. The staff helping with the event were great as well.

Employee at check in was very helpful, gave us a nice room with a view. The room was very clean and comfortable We were in town for a concert at the arena and the free shuttle also worked out great and was easy to use. Would stay again when we are back in town.
