Our room with 2 double beds had a tiny window so we upgraded to a room with a king size bed and 2 small balconies (extra charge) - spotless, full of light and airy. We appreciated the fridge on each floor with free water bottles and the endless supply of macintosh apples; the breakfast menu was ok - the great surprise was there was also a dinner menu included! It was minimal but very good!
The staff was very helpful, attentive and responsive, we loved staying there!

The staff was courteous, hotel was clean and the food all day in the little coffee shop was a bonus. The included breakfast was also excellent. The beds, however, were way too soft and interfered with our sleep. We also couldn’t figure out the coffee maker after several attempts. There should have been instructions. The location was perfect and the dinner we had in the upstairs restaurant was the best we had in Mexico City.

The hotel is going through major renovation and the gym and the pool were closed as well. I wish this was disclosed upon booking. I could not rest in my room at all due to the construction noise from above. I would not have stayed here if I knew.
