Need to have more wash cloths available

We had a bit of a problem at reception. However, Darryl, one of the receptionist helped us resolve it. He was kind, courteous, polite, and very efficient. The only downfall was of our entire state. Only one elevator was working. But no big deal.

Staff was very good, especially house keeping. Every little detail was maticulous in my room. Best house keeping I've ever experienced. Lots of shopping and restaurants downstairs. There is even a tsa-pre office (which I used). The only thing that was a little shaky was self parking. It is really difficult to pay these people as everything is on an app you have to download, enter all your personal information and credit card info. We had to get the front desk to come out to the parking garage to help us. It needs to be more user friendly/easier. My god, if you want our money, make it easier for your clients to give it to you.

Please don’t let my low amenities score discourage anyone. The main problem I had with this location is we were not shown or given all the amenities included in our purchase (spa access, sauna, etc). My cousin and I were very interested in the spa upon arrive but since we saw it wasn’t “included” or notified, we decided to make other arrangements. We met one young man who helped us sadly our last night who worked there, Kendall R, who provided excellent costumer service and also provided us with complementary beignets after housekeeping threw ours away during services. Kendall R made this whole trip worth while and is the only reason I’d want to book again through Ritz now knowing the amenities with purchase. Overall, the beds and room were very comfortable and is a great stay. But if you find someone like Kendall R, please shout him out!
